Refund policy

At Snapgroom, we care about your pet’s comfort and your satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or refund within 7 days from the date of delivery.


Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Labels, seals, and boxes must be intact

  • Order proof (Order ID / receipt) is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used pet care products are not eligible for return, unless damaged or defective.


Damaged / Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective item

  • The wrong product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos.
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

  • Order ID

Our team will guide you through the return pickup process.


Refund Timeline

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method


Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our mistake (damaged / wrong item), we bear shipping cost

  • If return is due to change of mind, return shipping cost is borne by the customer


Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, return policy applies.
